Principal Duties & Responsibilities: As an eCommerce Store Operator at etaily, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing your clients' digital presence across various online platforms and marketplaces. Your responsibilities will encompass creating compelling consumer-facing content, managing product selections, analyzing performance, and driving strategies to optimize sales. Your keen eye for detail and customer-centric approach will ensure our online stores are visually appealing, user-friendly, and equipped with accurate and current information. Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Onboarding process of clients/brands.
- Organize data and documents needed to create a store in marketplaces and brands.
- Create stores in different marketplaces and brand.com.
- Accurately register campaigns and upload campaign banners on time.
- Strategically plan the store’s shop-in-shop based on what’s working on the data available.
- Knowing our products inside and out for better marketplace and website content.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the marketplace team and process.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support on different brands.
- Inspecting landing pages, product pages, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related and marketplace-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages available in different marketplaces to contribute to the sales target of the brand.
- Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
- Collaborating with appropriate account managers/colleagues to ensure the rollout of website and marketplace changes.
- Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing online stores, e-commerce platforms, or marketplace operations (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Problem-solving attitude with the capacity to troubleshoot and find solutions.
- Must be willing to work on a Project Based contract for 6 months
