The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research organizing data writing reports and supporting various aspects of project management within the residential development sector. - A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in research data entry and report writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report writing.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Produce comprehensive reports with a focus on a key report assessing compliance against set criteria of councils.
- Retrieve relevant controls needed for assessment and organize them into tables for easy reference.
- Conduct indepth research on various topics related to town planning controls and assessment criteria.
- Compile research findings and data into clear and concise reports using Microsoft Word.
- Assist in the development and creation of templates for assessment criteria.
- Attend meetings and assist with minutetaking and transcription.
- Coordinate calendar reminders for upcoming meetings and deadlines.
- Visit and monitor relevant websites periodically to extract and summarize necessary information.
- Summarize findings and update relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assist in maintaining project calendars and scheduling.
- Recognize documents containing sets of controls and ensure they are appropriately organized and accessible.
