We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team!
As Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing work schedules, managing recruitment, handling inventory, and generating financial reports. With your previous experience, your role ensures smooth daily operations and effective customer management.
What you'll do

Assist in planning and scheduling work hours for employees
Support the recruitment and selection processes at the store level
Place orders and manage inventory levels
Contribute to promotional ideas and store layout planning
Generate and analyse financial reports, including end-of-day and consolidated profit reports
Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth functioning
Address and resolve staff queries quickly
Handle and address regular customer complaints
Work flexible hours, including opening to closing times and restocking periods
