This rapidly expanding, market leading technology business is looking to hire a highly experienced, dynamic leader to drive and implement a business-critical roll out of a large scale app alongside strategic digital transformation projects. This is a permanent role which offers superb long-term career progression in a strategic capacity as part of the leadership team. Leading an experienced team and working with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering the Group’s digital transformation to impact business performance and growth. This will involve driving innovation, enhancing processes and implementing pioneering technologies by leading and developing the technology transformation strategy. Candidate Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience in the technology field
- Experience developing a large scale B2C app that has scaled
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of cloud, AI, data analytics and machine learning
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies & change management
- Strong stakeholder management, people management and communication skills
- Strategic and problem-solving mindset
