About the Department The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients. Job Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Banking. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and manage existing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) accounts to achieve profitability targets established. Key Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and financial goals. • Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet clients' financial and investment needs. • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to clients. • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services. • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions to clients. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures in all client interactions and transactions. • Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of banking products and services. Job Requirements • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance, • At least 6 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses • Excellent business acumen and ability to deliver sales targets • Proven track record in developing SME business • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
