We are looking for a senior surveyor with a passion for:

• Rent views.
• Lease renewals.
• Asset management
• Commercial property management
• Landlord and tenant matters

Required skills:

• MRICS
• Knowledge of all relevant legislature including L&T Act 1954, L&T Cov. Act 1995
• Experience working on commercial properties including libraries, offices and retail.
• Track record in the UK real estate market.
• Commercially minded.
• Driving licence
