About the Role Lead the development of performance reports and models to advise business decisions, with strong analytics background to explore the data and conduct in-depth analyses Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ongoing regular development of business forecasts and analytical models to advise business decisions
  • Highly critical to state of business and anticipative of business problems and priorities
  • Explore the data and conduct in-depth analyses including agency and customer behaviours, segmentation analyses etc, to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Take part in annual strategic planning process from initial planning, data exploration, strategy formulation to engagement with stakeholders to ensure the alignment with Company and Departmental directions
  • Work closely and manage stakeholders inside and outside of the department including Finance, Proposition, Group Office, etc
  • Hands-on experience in machine learning-based solutions would be a plus
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University degree preferably in Business, Statistics, Data Science or other quantitative fields
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence preferably in financial services sector
  • Proven hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL and Excel-based modelling
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and independent with ability to work under pressure
