- Provides professional coaching services to clients at all leadership levels individually (1:1) or to teams (Groups of leaders)
- Interacts with leaders and key partnership stakeholders at all levels across the organization from the front line to the C-Suite
- Serves as a subject matter expert and consultant across the disciplines of leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborates with other colleagues on Bright Wire’s exceptional team on various client-facing projects.
- Designs and leads the implementation of work; moves seamlessly from abstract to concrete and from idea to action.
- In collaboration with other Bright Wire team members, designs, implements, and delivers programs and processes that support a high-performance and learning culture, which may include team development, leadership programs, leadership skill assessments, team effectiveness, organizational design, and change management.
- Measures results of leadership development strategies and programs and provides reporting on these results to inform client partners, future programs, and strategy design.
- Collaborates with other members of the Bright Wire team, contributing to the broader sense of team, encouraging team engagement through the sharing of resources, and best practices, and providing support on various projects as requested.
- Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) via. the International Coaching Federation
- C-suite and Executive Leader coaching experience in dynamic business environments
- Minimum 10 years of related coaching and consulting experience.
- Team coaching certification is considered an asset.
- Strong business acumen, MBA, or related Graduate Degree is considered an asset.
- Previous experience working with clients internationally.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role(s), working with a senior executive team, and coaching senior executive team members.
- Track record of designing and delivering leadership development programs to all levels of leaders.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of adult learning with the ability to design programs incorporating a variety of approaches including online delivery.
- Strong and polished facilitation skills – Master Facilitator experience is an asset.
- Second language is an asset.
