Location: Makati, Philippines (Onsite) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary Range: PHP 90,000 - 120,000  Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record in HR management. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce requirements and develop staffing plans.
  • Manage performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, and talent development programs.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication and recognition programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and career development.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and HR best practices, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
