Property Specialist ( QC & San Jose Del Monte Bulacan)
- Handle and execute day-to-day operations of the specified sales office
- Process buyer’s needs and requirements
- Schedules site tripping and various promotional campaigns for the particular project
- Assigned to man or post sales office and other marketing booth
- Conduct sales saturation drives to promote particular project
- Monitor all marketing collateral and project inventory
- College graduate or Grad of any two year course
- With at least two ( 2 ) years of relevant experience in real estate industry
- With good communication skills and presentable
- Smart, sales driven and flexible
