Property Admin Supervisor

Provide day-to-day guidance and work with staff to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment supporting the department's strategic plan and objectives. Analyze the condition and the operations of assigned projects and recommend improvements Participate in establishing performance requirements and personal development targets and provide technical assistance and advice to assigned staff. General Administration and Operation In charge of the property management team of horizontal housing projects. Conduct regular site visits to ensure that department instructions are appropriately cascaded and understood by the Property Management Team. Process materials and consumables requests essential for day-to-day operation. Project Execution and Delivery Provide inputs establishing Guidelines, including amendments to improve overall customer experience. Evaluate and ensure the timely completion and rectification of units with valid defects and warranty claims. Engineering and Technical Services Ensure that preventive maintenance plans are implemented as scheduled. Ensure all needed tools, spare parts, equipment, and operating supplies are defined, maintained, and sourced out properly & timely to keep an appropriate inventory level with sources known & available. Job Qualification Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably a licensed engineer. 3 - 5 years of related work experience. Knowledgeable in Preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation practices, technical services, financial management, vendor and contract management.  Leadership and good interpersonal skills.
