- Monitoring and interpreting laws and regulations affecting the organization.
- Advising management on legal issues and implications of business decisions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Managing regulatory filings and compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Developing and implementing compliance programs and policies. Providing training to employees on legal and regulatory matters.
- Investigating and resolving legal issues and disputes.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in legal and regulatory affairs
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the industry.
