- Serve as the main contributor to the advancement of our architecture and abstractions allowing our code to continue to scale and feature teams to continue to deliver with ever increasing autonomy.
- Serve as the main driver of software development in the organization by leading developers, testers, and leaders.
- Mentor and develop team members to build high-performing teams with the goal to deliver innovative and high-quality products.
- Lead in the designing, coding, and test inspections throughout the development life cycle to identify issues.
- Lead and handle overall planning and talent development execution for the team - budgeting, planning, resourcing potential tech talents, and interviewing candidates.
- Improve and maintain mobile apps CI and CD infrastructure and pipelines.
- Build and maintain developer tools to help our product teams work effectively.
- Develop libraries and foundations in the areas such as testing, analytics, networking, and logging.
- Solicit feedback from the development team to help drive a great overall developer experience.
- Ensure performance and operational reliability of applications.
- Create end-to-end system integration design and deployment strategies.
- Create a collaborative development environment and encourage new ideas for finding solutions to common problems.
- Create scalable software systems.
- Experienced in a project management process (i.e. Scrum). Able to lead team discussions/meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading and guiding technical teams.
- Deep expertise in Software Development, Planning, and Leadership.
- Strong architecting and design skills, working directly with end clients.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
