Job ID: 2550660 | Re:Cycle Reverse Logistics Ireland Limited - P58 We are a high performance, entrepreneurial, and customer driven product team seeking a reverse logistics product manager to drive strategic development and continuous improvement in our warehouse management system. Key job responsibilities - Coordinating with internal technical and business teams (e.g. Security, Software Development, Operations) to define system development/improvement requirements, technical solutions, and implementation success criteria. - Preparing technical documents (e.g. wireframes, threat models, schemas) to promote ideas and design concepts through approvals (e.g. AppSec, PhySec) and ultimately, to implementation. - Working with internal and 3rd party teams to define, refine, and test new system features, to coordinate implementation, and to validate changes and performance in production. - Coordinating reoccurring meetings with key stakeholders to track status updates, to identify risks/barriers, and to drive deliverables, ensuring consistent alignment across all stakeholders. - Managing ticket queue, prioritization, and tradeoffs for strategic system developments. - Planning for 3rd party software costs, tracking spend against budget. - Governance over Change Management process. A day in the life This role will be responsible for satisfying security, operational, and business requirements by working between RRL internal and 3rd party teams to drive strategic developments and continuous improvement in the Reverse Logistics warehouse management system. This scope will enable new software solutions for hundreds of global users. Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to understand business needs, preparing technical documentation to define new system and automation requirements, managing stakeholder expectations and dependencies, and driving program-revolutionary developments from idea to implementation are all in a day’s work for the reverse logistics Product Manager. About the team The Re: Cycle Reverse Logistics Operations team offers worldwide data centers a centralized means to sort, function test, in-warranty return, and disposition server and networking assets that break or are no longer needed in the fleet. The team is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and self-driven Product Manager to support its global operations by developing short and long-term software solutions that manage inventory, reinforce operational workflows and security guardrails, drive complex business logic throughout the process, and exchange information with the warehouse management system that makes it all possible. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Dublin, IRL

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Program, project or product management experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, data center, or reverse logistics environment - Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, - Experience using warehouse management and/or inventory control systems - Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Proven track record for improving metrics and performance to SLA -Experience managing a 3rd party vendor

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in AWS platforms, (S3, RedShift, etc.)- Experience using programming languages (Java, HTML, etc.)- Computer Science, Business Administration, or related, or related experience in lieu of a degree Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
