Job Description: Food Court Team Leader - Full Time
We are currently seeking a Food Court Team Leader to join our team at LONDIS Callan Co-Op. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food operations, including Deli, Bakery, and Supermac’s. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and previous experience in food operations, preferably at a supervisory level.- Manage and coordinate food service activities
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and customer service
- Supervise and train team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the food court area
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in food operations, with a preference for supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to oversee Deli, Bakery, and Supermac’s operations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
