- Analytical thinking, strong in numbers.
- Demonstrate intermediate or advanced level of proficiency in excel.
- Degree Holder and above
- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience ( management reporting, FP&A, Business performance management , corporate strategy planning) within life insurance companies.
- Strong attention to detail, and organisation skills
- Good level of communication and interpersonal skills
