- Drive revenues and sales through the provision of high-quality services to existing clients for asset retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients; ongoing engagement with clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Deliver exemplary client service through handling clients queries and ensuring servicing needs are met in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Understand and anticipate clients’ needs and proactively identify top-up cross selling opportunities and work on those opportunities independently/ together with Sales to bring in new assets.
- Partners closely with Sales and support all aspects of business development activities, including pipeline/ outreach plan management, coordinating with Sales and RFP specialists to ensure high quality submission of RFP/RFI/DDQs, preparation of sales materials, meetings coordination and follow-up.
- Manage client on-boarding process including customer due diligence/ KYC review, coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders on legal contracts/ document review and ensuring proper account set-up.
- Managing client off-boarding and changes to existing clients’ accounts/ requirements.
- Maintain good level of knowledge of firm’s investment capabilities and offering.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants; work with investment teams on consultant review on investment strategies to maintain favorable ratings.
- Manage and maintain client records/ documents on CRM system and client folders to ensure information/ documents are up to date to meet the firm’s and regulatory requirements.
