Salesforce Developer (12 Months Extendable)

The Company We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Developer to support our client on an exciting project for 12 months with possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our client's Salesforce CRM system. The Role

• Design and develop custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to business needs.
• Manage sharing settings, profiles, and roles to ensure appropriate access and security within the Salesforce platform.
• Create and configure workflow rules, flow builder, and automation processes to streamline business operations.
• Develop and integrate APIs and adopt event-driven approaches in line with modern design patterns.
• Work with integration middleware to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Conduct unit and system testing, debug issues, and ensure the functionality and reliability of the Salesforce system.
• Strive towards coding best practices and maintain high data quality.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Proficient in API development/REST and Event Driven approaches.
• Experience with integration middleware.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Strong testing and debugging skills.
• Commitment to coding best practices and data quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to document technical information clearly.
