M43906 TG CM(A45) Quality Surveyor l SGD 4500 l 5.5wd l SG l TG Job ID: M43906 Job Position: Quality Surveyor (EP / PR /SG) Company Background: Construction Engineering Working Location Novena Town Area (next to Novena MRT station) Salary Range: SGD 3000 SGD 4500 (Basic ) Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM Benefits: (All benefits will be disclosed during the interview session including allowances overtime pay and incentives.) Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and submit tenders including quantity takeoffs and pricing. 2. Source suitable subcontractors and suppliers for tender support. 3. Liaise with the operations team for technical support on work design and execution. 4. Identify discrepancies in Bills of Quantities (BQs) drawings and specifications. 5. Analyze subcontractor/supplier quotations and negotiate tender prices. 6. Prepare monthly reports on earned value and projected final contract value. 7. Track record and submit variations claims ensuring timely resolution with clients. 8. Monitor project completion dates and assist in time/cost claims. 9. Manage progress claims and payments for contracts and subcontracts. 10. Administer contracts and settle final accounts with clients and subcontractors. 11. Review tender/project requirements and prepare method statements and execution plans. 12. Collate necessary documentation for tender submissions. 13. Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning bids. Remark : 1. Travel Requirement: Occasional travel may be required for workrelated purposes. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying. Remote Work : No
