  • Ensure that all departments need marketing information to function. Design and implement projects that help the company achieve its goals, simplify the customer experience, and streamline the employee experience.
  • All possible affects on sales, including pricing, marketing strategies, sales and client preferences are investigated and examined. If these aspects have an impact on sales in the future, they investigate it as well!
  • Make sure that our internal clients can reach their research goals by working closely with the Market Research team to come up with research goals, plan methodologies, and write survey questionnaires for them.
  • Gather, validate, and share actionable insights about markets, target customers, and competitive strategies with the help of data mining tools and techniques.
  • Making and keeping track of reports in order to keep management informed of current events and possible growth opportunities (data analysis and narrative). Compile reports and make suggestions based on the information you’ve obtained.

Skills:

  • You must be able to work with data from a number of systems and sources. A thorough examination of the facts without fear of embarrassment.
  • Primary and secondary market research technique, strategies, tools, and procedures, as well as hands-on expertise with advanced statistical software, such as SPSS or SAS.
  • Integration, presentation, and analysis of data (3-5 years) to give quantifiable results that might help increase revenue.
  • It is essential that you have the capacity to recognize and analyze difficulties as well as know business and system processes. You should also be able to acquire data, establish facts,and develop logical conclusions.
