A really interesting and challenging Digital Marketing role, managing a portfolio of brands and websites ensuing the best in class customer experience including management of the brands SEO and Paid Media strategy – delivery via an agency. It’s an opportunity for you to join a thriving business, with some great talent from the world of retail, tech and services. You’ll be joining as they embark on their latest Digital Transformation, supporting projects around re-platforming websites (supported by an in house dev team), deliver best in class SEO across the sites (supported by an in house content team), managing the performance budget via an agency – circa £100k budget, and continued optimisation of all digital campaigns and customer journey. This role presents a true opportunity to make the role your own, and delivery and support some notable achievements. Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Total ownership over the Digital Marketing Strategy, strategic planning across Web, SEO and Paid Media.
  • Utilising various online channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Working with content and Website teams to design and implement on page SEO timeline and optimisation.
  • Leading the development and execution of PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising, to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI
  • Analyse data, identify trends, and adjusts strategies to maximise return on investment and achieve growth objectives
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Ideally 5 years’ experience within Digital Planning/ Digital Strategist/ SEO
  • Highly analytical with experience analysing and measuring marketing campaigns (performance of SEO, Paid Media channels etc.).
  • Highly experience in Websites and customer journeys, planning customer lifecycle etc.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self motivated. Someone who takes risks and isn’t afraid to try something that could lead to a success for the brand. Someone who isn’t shy of being in a stand alone role (strategy) and supported by the delivery teams.
  • Ideally agency management experience, as well as people management experience as this role includes both.
