- Candidates must have Real Estate experience with a commercial bank, investment bank and/or real estate fund
- Lead the team in marketing and growing the non-recourse property finance business in Asia Pacific
- Oversee end-to-end deal execution and documentation
- Lead internal processes with management, credit, risk, legal and compliance departments
- Review credit applications, cash flow projections and property memos
- Lead the team in monitoring and analysis of the property loan portfolio in Asia Pacific
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 12-15 years’ experience with a commercial bank, investment bank and/or real estate fund
- Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial statements and complex financing structures
- Understanding of the real estate market in Asia with good credit sense
- Fluent in written and spoken English and one other language widely used in Asia for internal & external communications and engagement
- Proactive and able to problem-solve
- Strong leadership potential with a positive attitude
- Well organised with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
