Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager for our Account Reconciliation department. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge in finance operations, full sets of accounts, reconciliation, and IFRS 17. This role is key in maintaining the firm's financial health and making sure all aspects of its finance operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the financial operations, including full sets of accounts and account reconciliations * Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures * Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met * Maintain up-to-date knowledge and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations as well as IFRS 17 regulations Requirements: * Proven accounting experience in the insurance industry * Knowledge of IFRS 17 Standards * Experience with finance operations, including full sets of accounts and reconciliation * Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field * Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
