Filho " This concept is Impacted in our fixed + variable compensation structure : Monthly remuneration: R$ 18.000,00 cash + R$ 7.000,00 in equity Base annual compensation ( cash + equity ): R$ 300.000,00 Potential quarterly bonus: up to R$ 18.000,00 per quarter, (50% in cash and 50% equity)** Potential annual bonus of up to R$ 36.000,00 per year, (50% in cash and 50% equity)** Total annual potential compensation ( cash + equity + potential bonus ): R$ 408.000,00** As a bonus for delivering the agreed revenue incrementing projects, in time. *** All potential bonus in cash are awarded for completing 100%+ of projects in time, and paid during the following period, be it the following quarter, or year. Our Partnership model reflects explicitly the importance and impact of Principal engineers in Key leadership positions, required to assume variable remuneration in equity, and bonus in cash, tied to project delivery goals, team building and development, on a roadmap to become a Business partner and increase it's participation in business challenges, and earnings, at the front line of product development. We expect Senior Software Engineers to: Understand the business domain, demonstrate ease of interpreting complex problems, and evaluate and designing solutions. Build and Debug high performing applications, bottoms up, and participate in the entire process of solution development, from briefings, scoping, planning, developing and and maturing technical projects, interfacing with all stakeholder clearly. Requirements:

  • 6+ Years as Software Developer, understanding secure coding standards, debating performance , frameworks, and design principles.
  • Successful track record in working with in lean, high performing , small teams.
  • Outstanding communication, team cooperation and product development skills.
  • Solid experience with C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, MVC, Web (HTML 5, CSS 3, javascript, jQuery), TSQL, SQL Server, Java ou Node.js , and Restful APIs
  • Understanding of TDD, DDD, Web Services e Design Patterns.
Main responsibilities:
  • Discuss, design technical solutions, Develop, test, manage, applications.
  • Develop tests, and tune applications. 
  • Contribute to enhancements in our environments, infrastructure supporting our our CI/CD solutions, increasing automation, and safety of our applications.
  • Contribute to Code Governance, documenting, requests, problems, bugs, and solutions.
It would be great if you are:
  • Experienced with PIX, Payments, Credit or Banking. 
  • Business focused and goal-oriented;
  • Strategic, resilient and analytical thinking;
  • Fluent or developing conversational English.
This position is Hybrid , 3x per week in São Paulo, Av Paulista area, with a negotiable transition period of 60 days.
  • Only pursue this position IF you are capable, ready, and interested in building a team from our Headquarters, in the following years we plan to build tech+product teams out of São Paulo. Out of São Paulo applicants, remote only members, are encouraged to apply to all other positions.
