****12-month FTC **** Join our dynamic team as an Onboarding/Migration Specialist. This role is pivotal in transitioning our clients from legacy systems to our integrated platform, ensuring a smooth, efficient migration process. The Role:
- Lead the migration of agriculture clients from legacy systems to our platform.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the migration process.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations and training to ensure client confidence and competence on the new platform.
- Engage directly with clients through cold calling and follow-ups, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the adoption team to support new and existing clients through their transition.
- Task-oriented individuals with a knack for spotting technical problems.
- Tech-savvy professionals capable of guiding clients through each step of the migration.
- Experience in customer success and service
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with at least two days per week in the office.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on customer engagement and follow-up.
