Description : Grade Level: L1 Location: Lahore Last date to apply: 26th February 2024 What is Specialist Fix Network NOC? Specialist Fix Network NOC is responsible for back office FIX Network Operations, Optimization and Design. The role reports directly to the Manager NOC with an extended team of 16 team members. What does Specialist Fix Network NOC do? Hands on experience on Juniper, Huawei and Cisco (including SRX / ASA / Fortinet) & IP nodes. Analyzing existing hardware, software, and networking systems. Creating and implementing scalable Juniper/Cisco networks according to client specifications. Testing and troubleshooting installed Juniper/Cisco systems. Resolving technical issues with networks, hardware, and software. Performing speed and security tests on installed networks. Applying network security upgrades. Upgrading/replacing hardware and software systems when required. Proactive Analysis/ good troubleshooting & analytical skills, i.e. perform detailed analysis for repetitive outages to find the root cause and support concern teams for the earlier resolution. Ensure Network L2 support to Nationwide operational field teams. Handling Nationwide activities (Roll out/ND/Operations). Highlighting and identifying network fault, follow up till closure. Requirements 4-6 Years of experience, Holds BS Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics degree. Must have excellent Microsoft office skills, IP Certification i.e. CCNP, HCNP will be added advantage. Must have excellent communication skills and able to promote the department and technology portfolio with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoints.
