About you You are familiar with the construction business in Malaysia and have a wide network with the key market players; in this role you will serve as the Otis brand ambassador introducing and promoting our range of products and services into the major projects in Malaysia. On a typical day you will

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
• Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
• Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders
• Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
• Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
• Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

What you will need to be successful

• Relevant Degree and a minimum of 8 years working experience in Major Project Sales, preferably in the Elevator business
• Strong client servicing mentality, excellent interpersonal skills
• Possess high level of commitment and reliability
• Target oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
