Etisalat Global Services is hiring English speakers to work as Customer Service Representatives (Etisalat UAE Project) Work Location: Maadi (Transportation not provided) Qualifications : -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience -1+ years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service roles are preferred -Excellent communication skills in English (B1+/B2)-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Ability to multitask and work under pressure -Experience with troubleshooting network, internet, and software issues -Knowledge of telecommunication products and services is preferred -Understanding of customer service principles and practices -Ability to work independently or as a part of a teamJob Requirements
