Casino Promotions Manager

Green Cari is currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Junior Casino Promotions Manager to join our team.  The Jr. Casino Promotions Manager is responsible for the end-to-end project management of casino promotions, from conceptualization to set up, implementation, and reporting.  The Jr. Casino Promotions Manager can be likened to a young orchestrator managing an ensemble so that they produce beautiful music during a performance.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects end to end - Requires project management skills and familiarity with Click-Up () 
• Identifies materials needed for the project
• Requests materials needed for the project 
• Is responsible for collating materials from, and distributing them to, other parties that require them for the completion of their work.
• Ensures that all deliverables are completed on time, by all parties involved, to be able to complete the project on the set date. 
• Sets up promotions using the casino’s back office systems/software ensuring they function correctly/as designed. 
• Cascades monthly promotions and marketing activities to all internal stakeholders. Ie. new casino promotions, new crm flows, emails sent out, etc. 
• Documents project details for proper archiving and referencing
• Manages site content, ensures content is timely, relevant, correct, and visually appealing. Requires some knowledge of wordpress cms and html. 
• Publishes promotional materials on site, such as, but not limited to, web banners, articles and full web pages.
• Removes promotional material that has ended or is no longer relevant or timely. 
• Coordinates with third parties for information regarding new games, new providers, provider promotions, provider discounts, system downtimes, software updates, etc. and cascades this information to all internal stakeholders.
• Regularly checks sites for possible downtimes, errors, or other concerns and reports them immediately for immediate action
• Creates basic reports:
• Performance of Regular recurring promotions
• Performance of Seasonal and ad hoc promotions
• Basic Casino Revenue monitoring (GGR/NGR)
• Competitor activities

• STRONG attention to detail
• HIGHLY organized
• Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems, particularly Wordpress
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Flawless english
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in, or related to, Marketing, Technology, or Management
