Job Description

AECOM  is seeking a  Graphic Designer  to be based in Manila, Philippines. This role is primarily focused in contributing to the development of visual marketing and communications projects and execution of visual strategy which includes layout, design, and production activities for graphic-design artworks.
  • Create appropriate creative design concepts for internal and external presentations and campaigns across print and digital platforms
  • Lay out bid documents, capability statements and other work winning materials
  • Assist in designing and executing design concepts for executive presentations, infographics, invitations, conference, event materials, brochures, interactive PDFs, video contents, and other printed collaterals for internal and external use
  • Create and edit materials for events and campaigns
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of printed materials
  • Assist in reviewing, gathering, and maintenance of the project and staff photography library and other existing assets
  • Assist in managing AECOM’s internal photography library. Images are obtained through royalty-free purchase, company’s image collection, and/or creation of original artwork
  • Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution
  • Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures
  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues
  • Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be open for Hybrid setup (AECOM'S Freedom to Grow Initiative).
  • Intermediate Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course, preferably in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, and other similar courses
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a corporate environment, outsourcing, shared services, or similar model within Graphic Design or any other relevant roles and functions
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a solid background in print, editorial, or brochure design
  • A strong understanding and creative approach to brand identity and visual aesthetics
  • Experience in print production, taking creative briefs and developing innovative design concepts, project management, taking briefs, and print production experience.
  • Experience using After Effects and Premier or other similar tools and platforms is preferred
