AD, SEA Institutional Sales - Investment Manager

Our client is a dynamic multi-affiliate investment manager with a strong interest in expanding their Southeast Asia presence. They are now looking to hire a highly motivated SEA Institutional Sales Associate Director to join the team and play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and driving significant sales expansion across the SEA market. Responsibilities This is an exciting new headcount to join a growing and dynamic business. Reporting to the SEA Head of Institutional Sales, you will drive the development and execution of integrated and strategic sales and marketing plans for institutional clients in Southeast Asia - with a focus on Malaysia and Thailand. You are proactive in engaging and building relationships with partners and clients independently. Requirements You have a bachelor's degree or higher in relevant programs and 7-10 years of institutional sales experience in asset management, ideally in a multi-affiliate environment. You have a successful track record delivering strong sales results in the institutional space in Southeast Asia, ideally Malaysia and or Thailand. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholder management independently, and a strong understanding across asset classes.
