Senior Pricing Actuary (Regional Life)

You'll spearhead pricing strategies across SEA Markets and the lucrative High Net Worth (HNW) markets of Hong Kong and Bermuda. As the team lead, you'll orchestrate pricing initiatives for Individual Life products, ensuring adherence to industry standards, meticulous risk assessment, and the implementation of best practices. With a team of skilled professionals, including two pricing actuaries and one actuarial analyst, you'll manage resources efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction. Collaborate with client managers, underwriters, and clients to develop innovative life insurance solutions tailored to market demands while mitigating risks effectively. Navigate the approval process for quotes exceeding pricing authority seamlessly, leveraging discussions with regional experts. Requirements: Are you a seasoned Actuary with a passion for pricing and a track record of success? We're seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience and at least 10 years of expertise in Pricing, particularly in critical illness and High Net Worth (HNW) products within the Singapore or Hong Kong markets. As part of our team, you'll demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, lead projects, and provide guidance to junior team members. Your exceptional command of English, coupled with strong communication skills, will enable you to effectively negotiate, present, and collaborate with colleagues and clients alike.
