Global Fintech Organization is seeking for a Network Engineer for a mission critical role who will be based in Singapore and will be supporting their multi-layered network initiative. The client is looking for a driven individual with excellent communication skills and network troubleshooting experience. The Position:
- Identify and address technological and operational gaps within the monitoring, diagnostics, and management infrastructure, implementing tailored solutions to fulfill requirements.
- Improve capabilities for proactive or reactive identification of issues by analyzing device syslog data.
- Deepen network telemetry analysis by integrating new real-time data from network devices.
- Expand packet and flow monitoring infrastructure and consolidate data for enhanced diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Automate common provisioning, troubleshooting, and network recovery tasks to streamline operations.
- Develop self-service tools for clients to access real-time network health and performance insights.
- Collaborate with network, systems, and application teams to advance the development and delivery of next-generation network tools and capabilities.
- Deploy software, systems, and solutions recommended by the Network Tools team leads.
- Proficient in optimizing monitoring network platforms and technologies, including SNMP, syslog, and probing methods.
- Skilled in deploying engineering solutions for network monitoring and alarming tools.
- Familiarity with LAN and WAN network technologies, as well as routing and switching design principles.
- Knowledgeable about technologies such as LTM, GTM, and CDN utilized in delivering online services.
- Understanding of security services like Firewall, DDoS mitigation, WAF, and Botnet prevention.
- Experience in DDI implementations.
- Experienced in collaborating with diverse technical teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Proficient in implementing and managing fault management solutions to enhance operational uptime.
