Business Development Senior Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their investment approach for acquiring different class of assets and lands Responsibilities

• Source and identify appropriate investment opportunities while analyzing real estate proposals.
• Assess deals, conducting due diligence, and managing debt financing.
• Conduct financial modeling analyses and feasibility studies, including on-site inspections.
• Perform market research to evaluate property market performance and compile detailed reports.
• Provide support in valuation and property tax-related issues.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, or Finance.
• Have accumulated 8 years of pertinent experience in the real estate field.
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of financial modeling concepts.
• Exhibit proactive initiative, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively with either full or minimal supervision.
