We are now seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager with a solid understanding of Growth Marketing Strategy, Content Marketing and Demand Generation ideally with additional knowledge in Brand Management and SEO. We work with people who want to live their lives doing meaningful work and making a real difference in our world. Responsibilities MARKETING MANAGEMENT AND LEAD GENERATION

  • Generate new ideas for effective lead magnet, referral strategy, engagement contents and campaigns and manage designers and creators for effective production and delivery.
  • Evaluate lead generation strategy and processes to ensure they are functioning efficiently and in alignment with the strategic plan.
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to set and manage the marketing budget and reporting and continuously evaluate the return of investment and acquisition cost.
  • Manage marketing ads and campaigns spending within the approved budget.
  • Oversee the coordination of team members and contractors who work in the marketing area to ensure the effective delivery of tasks required within the set timeline and budgeting to meet business goals and targets.
  • Review marketing reports and data to guide the improvement and optimization of lead generation efforts.
  • Onboard and manage team members and contractors in the marketing area to fulfil the needs of the Marketing department within the set budget.
  • Manage and maintain our main website, lead magnets, email contents (within our CRMs) and blogs.
  • Streamline and improve the marketing processes and systems, utilising the latest technology available.
  • Ensure the proper handling of user data within our CRM systems for data management compliance and security requirements.
  • Direct the research and development of the Marketing department to actively learn from the latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Establish and maintain internal processes, procedures, governance and quality standards.
  • Represent the marketing department at company meetings and provide meaningful updates and seek feedback.
BRAND MANAGEMENT AND PR
  • Develop and update Brand guide and communication resources, working with external advisors and agencies.
  • Manage and develop relationships with external parties, networks, affiliates and journalists in promotion of our brand message, thought-leadership and other PR opportunities.
  • Support and train other team members (especially the communication roles) to adopt the right communication practices and conventions.
  • Maintain the brand assets and resources with the right naming conventions, access permissions and locations.
INITIATIVE-WIDE COMMUNICATION PLANNING AND CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
  • Guide the Marketing Coordinator to develop the communication and content calendar and plans.
  • Consult and communicate with Partnership Managers to make decisions regarding the communication plans for Membership initiatives and events.
  • Oversee campaign and event planning and execution, excluding events that are managed by the Partnership Team.
  • Communicate with and educate other team members about the current and upcoming marketing activities to promote organization-level awareness and engagement

  • Fluent and articulate English speaker
  • Possesses Working Rights for relevant country of work
  • Degree in Marketing and/or other relevant qualifications
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • 3+ years experience in marketing management roles
  • A solid understanding of marketing strategy and management, ideally with the focus of demand-generation and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated exceptional business acumen and proficiency in modern business operations, systems and software to utilise and analyse data.
  • Ability to negotiate and build strong trust among all levels of management and executives.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, influence, and work collaboratively with a team of multi-disciplined professionals and a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Good problem-solving, decision-making, project management and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for a fast-paced and at times, unpredictable environment through a dynamic growth phase.
  • Ability to work under pressure, move quickly and be willing to test assumptions and challenge the status quo.
  • Having skills and experience in content design (graphic design, copy writing and videography) is a plus.
Work Arrangements
  • Ideally hybrid work arrangement - working at the office in Singapore 2-3 days /week. Remote work arrangements can also be considered on a case-by-case basis. Having a Singapore residency status is a significant plus for this role, however, we are also open to international applicants who possess strong advantages.
