Personal Training Manager leading luxurious health club Kuwait £36,000 TAX FREE basic, £60,000+ OTE Leisure People are delighted to be working with the finest Health Club facility in Kuwait. This is a state-of-the art mixed club health club who offers the best in wellness: Studios, outdoor pool, free-weights, cardio and functional fitness. We are looking for an experienced PT Manager to manage a large team of Personal Training at this state-of-the-art luxury Health Club. You will need to have experience within the Wellness Industry, working within the luxury health club market, ideally already from a PT Manager background, with exceptional leadership and business skills. Preferably with overseas experience of working in the Midde East. RESPONSIBILITIES Working alongside and supporting the COO and Health Club Manager, the main responsibilities of the Personal Training Manager:
- To manage a team of 12-14 trainers.
- Develop and grow in excess of PT revenue of £100,000 per month
- Weekly 121 on low performers
- Monthly 121 with team
- Quarterly performance reviews
- PT penetration of around 40% in club.
- Coach and mentor team.
- To have the experience to manage a strong and experienced PT team
- To understand the different ways to manage the individuals by coaching and mentoring and understanding
- Support and develop team members
- Develop the "HYROX" program and support group exercise manager.
- Custom built studio being made for HYROX and private PT
- Highlight areas and trends that will help the business.
- Be passionate about PT/Fitness and Hyrox
- We have a HYROX license and want to grow this in club and Kuwait
- Will have a say in capex for club and products needed.
- Be willing to develop a fitness class product and develop it as we grow.
- Be adaptable in a challenging market.
- Recruit when and where the business needs to be.
- Support Chief Operating Officer and Club Manager when required.
- Will be a key part of the team to grow the business with ideas and knowledge.
- Member attrition is key to this role.
- Member interaction and creating a atmosphere is key to the role.
- Want to be the face of the business.
- This role is not a role where we tell you what to do but you design what's best for club .
- PTM role that you have the say on how to bring fitness in to the club
- Experienced PT Manager Preferably from a luxury Health Club environment
- Leadership capability, able to delegate effectively and a team player
- Passionate about Fitness and Wellness
- A great leader and role model, walk the walk
- Actively Fit and Healthy with a consistent personal Fitness regime
- Good team working skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Problem solving and ability to work under pressure essential.
- Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a passion to deliver a first-class service to our members.
- Flexible and being willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays (as needed and when applicable).
- Great TAX FREE basic salary of £27,000 per annum
- Accommodation of £750 a month/£9,000 per annum
- Total of £36,000 per annum/£3,000 per month TAX Free
- PT £45 per session - 10 per week per shift 10 off shift - 20 sessions £900 per week. Achievable commission of £25,000 per annum
- OTE of £60,000+ per annum
- 30 days holiday per annum
