Role Responsibility:

Primarily responsible to staff lead manage and deploy the HR resources within Saudi Arabia to meet Business needs within this High Growth Region. Develop a close partnership with and provide strategic and tactical / operational guidance on HR related matters to the President Saudi Arabia. Develop a close partnership with senior leaders across the country as well as key stakeholders outside the region to support the business strategy and results across all HR domains.
  1. Provide local expert guidance and advice to various stakeholders in order develop their awareness of country context (legal and LER environments)
  2. Lead the HR resources to further drive the maturity of Honeywell HR model.
  3. Deploy HR activities and leverage Hon enablers.
  4. Special focus on Talent sharing and development at the country level.
