Graphic Design/Multimedia Specialist

Our Company seeks a talented and innovative Designer/Multimedia Specialist proficient in creating compelling conceptual designs for various print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and be skilled in leveraging this expertise across digital and print mediums. Proficiency in photo and video shooting and editing will be considered an advantage. This role demands creativity, versatility, and a forward-thinking approach to visual storytelling and brand representation.

Required Skills & Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
• Proficiency in video editing software is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in photo and video editing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Excel in conceptualizing creative ideas and content, with the ability to develop those ideas into clean, fresh, and visually appealing designs.
• Develop and execute original design concepts for print and digital content, including websites, social media, advertising, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate messaging concepts into graphic and multimedia content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new digital campaigns and creative strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital content through the use of brand guidelines and design standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and multimedia technology to propose innovative solutions.
