- Conduct comprehensive talent research to identify and track top level executive-level talent within the automotive sector.
- Utilize diverse research methods, including online databases, professional networks, industry events, and strategic partnerships, to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Perform in-depth talent mapping exercises to uncover industry trends, competitor insights, and emerging talent pools.
- Analyze talent data to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Global Talent Acquisition executives to understand their strategic staffing objectives and develop research approaches.
- Stay abreast of automotive industry developments, market dynamics, and talent trends to anticipate future talent needs and proactively address challenges.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market intelligence, and talent landscape analysis to key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in talent research
- 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping, data analysis, and executive sourcing methodologies.
- Thorough understanding of automotive industry dynamics, market trends, and executive talent requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics platforms for talent sourcing and engagement.
