Senior Manager, Internal Audit

Vaco, a global talent and solutions provider, is assisting a publicly traded healthcare services organization in their search for a Senior Manager of Internal Audit This position is hybrid (2-3 days per week) in the Wilmington, Delaware area No relocation is available and remote candidates will not be considered 25% travel (domestic and international) is anticipated. Reporting directly to the VP of Internal Audit, the Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong internal control environment at their facilities both domestically and internationally As the company is experiencing tremendous growth, experience supporting due diligence and integration of acquired companies is crucial Internal Audit is looked at as the pipeline for finance/accounting leaders within the organization, so this role has high visibility with leaders across the company. Ideal Candidate:

• Big 4/Large Regional Public Accounting
• CPA is a must
• At least three years auditing multinational businesses
• Prior experience managing, developing and mentoring a team
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and partner across multiple disciplines within the company
