Responsibilities
- Develop and drive sales strategies with a focus on Investment & Insurance (I&I) to achieve sales growth
- Act as Responsible Officer of SFC, IA and MPFA to carry out full compliance and operation functions to ensure the Company adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to expand market presence and maximize synergies between Hong Kong and Macau Office
- Implement an effective risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with wealth management activities
- Motivate sales teams and manage frontline communication to ensure business and product update are clearly and timely delivered to frontlines, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with the sales strategy
- Identify opportunities for cross-border collaboration and integration of wealth management services and I&I products
- Provide professional advisory, training and coaching to the sales team, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to sell I&I products effectively
- Prepare sales management reports including sales pipelines and sales tracking and conduct business analysis for management review
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and internal analysis to identify opportunities and ensure the competitiveness of the I&I product offerings
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Business or relevant disciplines
- 10+ years of relevant experience as management role of a substantial team, preferably gained from insurance broker
- Current SFC, IA and MPFA Responsible Officer License holder
- Strong knowledge of I&I products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
- Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities (SFC, IA & MPFA) rand risk management control
- In-depth understanding of operational controls, workflows and industry practices
- Excellent business visionary with passion and determination to expand the business
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, business development abilities, and market analysis skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Travel to Macau is required
- 15-25 days' Annual Leave
