Title: Senior Associate Project Manager Location: UK Contract Type: Contract - Remote Company Summary Planet Pharma are partnered with one of our longest standing clients, providing an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate Project Manager to join their team on a 12 month basis. Responsibilities As a Senior Associate Project manager will be providing overall support for teams in development, training, and global implementation of the newly developed process, managing workload through outsource partner/s.

• Overall Process Support: Responsible for providing comprehensive support in the development, training, and global implementation of the newly established process.
• Local Team Assistance: Facilitate local teams’ transition to the new process by effectively managing workload through external partners.
• US Roll-Out Management: Coordinate workload and planning with outsource partners during the process roll-out in the United States.
• Global Roll-Out Support: Collaborate in defining global roll-out waves and assist in developing templates and text content with outsource partners.
• Procedure Updates: Identify impacted procedures, support their updates, and manage the review process.
• Training Development: Define training needs and provide support in developing training materials.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years in project management or a related functional experience
• Industry experience
• Experience in a labelling/artwork-focused role within pharma
• Proficiency in key project management methodology and tools, like Smartsheet
• Demonstrated ability to perform as a project coordinator type tasks either as part of a project team or functional work (e.g. schedule creation/management, log maintenance, meeting planning and execution, communication management, etc.)
