The Role You will be aspiring to be the 2024 version of David Ogilvy. Create incredible ads with our incredible content team, push your creativity to the max and work with incredible clients. You will get to focus on creativity, strategy and communicating with clients. You should want to create world class ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities
  • Make great ads - Deeply understand each client's brand identity, values, and objectives to develop tailored content strategies that resonate with their target audience and amplify brand messaging across social platforms.
  • Be a leader -  Lead the ideation and production of world-class content, including user-generated content (UGC), video, static, and motion ads, ensuring all content aligns with the client's brand and is optimised for performance.
  • Client communication - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their unique brand perspective, and ensuring their vision is accurately translated into the content produced.
  • Performance-Creative - Understand the sweet spot between creative ads and high performing ads.
  • Live on the edge of the industry -  Stay at the forefront of ad trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into content strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in creative direction within a advertising, with a strong focus on social media content.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing brand-focused content strategies that drive engagement and meet performance goals.
  • Exceptional ability to understand and translate brand values and objectives into compelling content across various formats.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring a team of creative professionals.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
