About the Role Delivery of accuracy and timeliness in application of procedures and tasks for Cashier Offices Responsibilities: Counter Service Operations Assist to supervise and maintain day-to-day counter service operations in order to ensure smooth running of daily routines and adherence to company payment guidelines
- Provide accurate and efficient payment service to Policyholders / eligible payor, agents and brokers
- Conduct customer survey to policyholders / eligible payor, agents and brokers
- Provide attentive services to both internal customers and HK / MCV customers
- Collect premium and deposit properly, and issue receipts to Policyholders / eligible payor, agents and brokers correctly
- Maintain proper files and records of Cashier
- Perform reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of daily collection
- Handle customer and agent complaints that escalate all cases with PII issues / monetary impact / customer service complaint to Manager
- Communicate and follow up request related to Cashier from other departments including UNI, POS, CS and Call Centre assigned by Manager
- Answer & handle payment enquiries from agencies
- Answer & handle payment enquiries from policyholders and agents at Operation Service / Customer Service and MCV Centres
- Maintain a customer centric mindset to sustain a good quality service standard.
- High school graduate, plus 5 years' working experience in banking / insurance industry or
- High Diploma / University graduate, plus 1 year working experience in banking / insurance industry
- Good command of spoken English and fluent Mandarin
- Thorough knowledge in payment cycle or insurance service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Good problem solving skill
- You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
