As a remote consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) and Financial Information Management (FIM) solutions. Your in-depth knowledge of SAP PCM and FIM modules and solid problem-solving abilities will ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and define project scope for SAP PCM and FIM implementations. 2. Design, configure, and customize SAP PCM and FIM solutions to meet client needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. 3. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP PCM and FIM functionalities and assist them in maximizing the value of the solutions. 4. Perform system integration testing, identify and resolve issues, and provide ongoing technical support during all project phases. 5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials. 6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, assisting them in developing their skills and knowledge of SAP PCM and FIM. 7. Stay current with SAP PCM and FIM trends, updates, and advancements, and proactively share insights with the team and clients. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to seamlessly integrate SAP PCM and FIM solutions with other systems. 9. Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. 2. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP, including full-cycle implementations and support. 3. Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP PCM and FIM modules, including cost allocation, profitability analysis, planning, budgeting, and reporting functionalities. 4. Excellent understanding of financial management processes and principles. 5. Proven experience in remote consulting, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members in a virtual environment. 6. Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. 9. SAP certification in PCM and FIM is highly desirable.
