Our mission is to safeguard road safety for travelers. 🤔Job Summary: As the Local Branch Office Operation and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative functions of our Brazil branch. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with local regulations, and the alignment of the branch's activities with the corporate objectives of our multinational corporation. You will act as the key liaison between the branch and the corporate headquarters, coordinating with various departments to support business growth and employee satisfaction within the local context. Key Responsibilities: 1.Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch office to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Implement effective operational strategies and processes to meet business objectives and enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with the global Sales Ops and supply chain, logistics teams to ensure smooth operation of the import/export processes and adherence to customs regulations.
2. Financial Administration:
  • Manage branch financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting to headquarters.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors and accountants for necessary financial audits and reports.
3.Human Resources Management:
  • Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and payroll in accordance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Cultivate a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and aligns with corporate values.
4.Legal and Compliance:
  • Ensure the branch complies with all local laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment, health and safety, and business operations.
  • Liaise with legal counsel to manage any legal issues or disputes that arise.
5.Facility Management:
  • Manage the office space, including leasing, maintenance, security, and workplace safety.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets the needs of the employees.
6.Stakeholder Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, suppliers, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in local industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other relevant events to enhance corporate presence.
7.Project Management:
  • Lead and manage local projects, including office expansions, IT upgrades, and other initiatives to improve operational capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations and administrative management, preferably in a multinational company environment. Fresh graduates are also accepted.
  • Strong understanding of Brazil business culture, legal and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with local staff and global headquarters.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate cross-cultural business settings.
