About the Company:  Our client is a national service provider of electrical, communications, audio visual and technology integration solutions. Their services are tailored to client needs and they pride themselves on quality, safety, value for money and innovative solutions.  About the role:  The Client Services Manager will contribute to the successful and safe delivery of operations through management of administrative tasks, people and scheduling, operational efficiency and profitability. To meet sales and profit targets they will identify and develop business opportunities to benefit the company and manage current accounts.  Duties: 
  • Manage day to day operational requirements
  • Develop initiatives to improve operational excellence 
  • Manage cost control and financial forecasting 
  • Identify and manage risks 
  • Manage and build high performing teams 
  • Lead generation and identifying new customers
  • Manage and service current accounts to maintain relationships 
  • Undertake scoping and quoting and assist with bids and tenders 
  • Ensure customer service team is maintaining job register and invoicing efficiently 
  • Oversee coordination of engineering, subcontractors and materials 
  • Workforce planning management 
  • Promote a safe and supportive workplace environment to improve morale and efficiency 
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and are within budget 
  • Vendor management
  • Participate and contribute to Electrical Safety Framework 
  • Provide weekly reporting to General Manager 
About You: 
  • Previous experience in a similar position 
  • Proven track record in commercial facilities account management or related industry 
  • Trade qualification desirable 
  • Able to manage Health Safety Environmental and Quality issues 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to identify efficiency improvements 
  • Experience managing and building successful teams
