Exotic Pet Shop Supervisor

Position: Exotic Pet Shop Supervisor Company: Pets Star Industry: Agriculture, Retail Work Schedule: 6 days / week Location: Klang, Selangor, Malaysia Overview: Pets Star is a reputable exotic pet shop located in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Exotic Pet Shop Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, particularly exotic pets, and a strong background in retail management. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the exotic pet shop, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and customer service - Ensure the health and well-being of all exotic animals in the shop, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring for signs of illness - Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about exotic pets and provide excellent customer service - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for exotic pets and supplies as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in exotic pet care - Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the pet industry - Knowledge of exotic pets and their care requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Must be physically able to handle and care for exotic animals   If you are passionate about exotic pets and have a background in retail management, we encourage you to apply for the position of Exotic Pet Shop Supervisor at Pets Star.
