Film Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance/help to Immediate Superiors for the achievement of Quality Objectives
• Reviews daily production report.
• Reviews Film Manufacturing Order
• Sees to it that there is always proper job scheduling for each machine and that the job scheduled for a particular machine would suffice for a 24 - hour production run.
• If necessary, assists in machine set-up
• Monitors on-going jobs (random quality inspection) making sure they conform to required specifications and quality standards
• Makes observations to check if they adhere to approved SOP’s
• Checks with Chief Operators / Operators conditions of assigned machines.
• Informs the Production Superintendent / Film Production Manager if there is a need for check-up of machines.
• Reports incidents and other situations to the Production Superintendent or
• Department Manager, if necessary
• Reviews daily production report if output and waste percentage are within specified targets.

Requirements:

• College Graduate, Engineering Course or Two-Year Course, Technical Course Graduate or High School graduate but with equivalent experience/exposure.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a supervisory position in a manufacturing setting
