Job details
An engineering candidate with hands on experience in Ford vehicles' repair and maintenance. Good diagnostic skills. Know how to handle Ford diagnostic tools and repair procedure.
- Interact with Hotline team and travel to dealer site on short notice to resolve vehicle concern which cannot be resolved over phone /SWIS guidance.
- Train the dealerships on the findings to avoid future lapses
- Submit the Dealer, visit report within 24 hours after the dealer visit and submit to the key stake holders
- Carryout diagnostic validations as and when required by interacting with the appropriate team in country and abroad as required and ensure release of the software to the field team with 10 day objectives.
- Support new concerns investigation as directed by the supervisor
- Support legal team on co-ordination / preparing reply as required
- Conduct Technical Audit ( ESST) and ensure Tools & Equipment availability at dealerships
- Prioritize the safety related concerns and ensure proper escalation and resolution
- Support part level investigation on warranty failed parts
- To interact with training team to ensure a new finding to update in training.
